Welcome to Jeongmyeongdang (“the Service”), operated by Type3 Soft.(“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. What the Service is

Jeongmyeongdang creates a Korean name for you using traditional Korean naming methods (Saju / Four Pillars, character-origin elements, stroke numerology, and sound elements). The reading and the name are provided for cultural, educational, and entertainment purposes. They are not fortune-telling, medical, legal, financial, or professional advice, and we make no guarantee about future events or outcomes.

2. Eligibility & acceptable use

• You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate birth information so the reading can be generated.
• You agree not to misuse, scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

3. Free reading & paid certificate

Reading your Saju and viewing the suggested names is free. A one-time low-cost payment unlocks your chosen name’s full reading, delivery by email, and a shareable image. The price is shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Payments — Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record)

Orders are sold and fulfilled through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, billing, and any applicable sales tax or VAT, and appears on your statement. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s terms and privacy notice. Prices are shown in USD.

5. Delivery of a digital product

Your reading is a digital product delivered immediately, through a private link sent to the email you provide. Keep that email — the link is your private key to your reading.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and its engine are owned by Type3 Soft.. The Korean name and reading generated for you are yours to use and share personally. You may not resell the Service or present it as your own.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” for cultural and entertainment purposes, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
