Your Korean name reading is a one-time, low-cost digital product. We want you to be happy with it — this policy explains when and how you can get a refund.
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. You can request a refund by emailing us at support@type3soft.com, or by replying to your Lemon Squeezy receipt; we will arrange it for you.
If your reading did not generate correctly, the delivery email never arrived, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Because the reading is a digital product delivered immediately, we may decline a refund where the product was delivered as described and simply no longer wanted — but if something felt wrong about your experience, reach out and we will make it right.
You normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. By choosing immediate delivery of your reading at checkout, you acknowledge that delivery begins right away; where the law allows, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply once the reading has been delivered. This does not affect refunds for faulty or misdescribed products.
