Jeongmyeongdang is currently a free service. There is nothing to purchase, so there is normally nothing to refund. This page explains how that works.
Your Saju reading, your suggested Korean names and their meanings, delivery by email, and the shareable image are all provided at no charge. We do not charge for any part of the Service.
If you chose to support us with a voluntary tip (for example, through Ko-fi), tips are processed by that third-party platform under its own terms and are non-refundable. If a tip was made in error, please contact the platform directly.
If your reading did not generate correctly, or the delivery email never arrived, email us at support@type3soft.com with the email you used and the name on your reading. We will make it right at no charge.
